Every child has a distinct personality, simply no child is a same. I use three kids and each speculate if this trade different persona trait. While an educator, we all first need to understand how a child's development works. This is how a children grows, develops, and learn. Brault states that nature, and nurture interact to shape a child, understanding what a typical behavior for a children's age is important (Brault, Linda and Mary Brault., 2005). Younger children believe it is hard to communicate so this is whenever they turn to striking, biting, and spitting to get their way. Other kids use a demanding behavior—perhaps because of their adverse life experiences—often shortage the skills instructed to process inbound information correctly, and they often see the community with a jaundiced eye (Dodge, 2006). Since an Educator we should take the time to identify why a child is behaving a certain way. We could find many ways to know the child's behavior and why they can be doing what they are doing. There are numerous factors that influence a child's patterns, First will be genes and environment. These go palm and palm, because there are a large number of elements that interact with one other in intricate ways. Sorting out the influence of genes from the impact of the environment is extremely challenging. (Rasminsky 19). Genes impact how father and mother bring up youngsters. Genes likewise affect the reactions that kids get from individuals around them. An for example will be; a child who is irritable seems to make all others ill-humored, as well; a child who also hits and bites her brother nearly automatically elicits harsh willpower from anyone in charge (Deater-Deckard & Cahill, 2006). If a child is in the right environmental intervention that are at the right time, even a characteristic that has a solid genetic basis can be altered, (Rasminsky 19). The environment can easily have an amazing impact on behaviours. Early educators have learned which a simply change to the environment will help correct a behavior. An environment that has balance with comparison, there is space for huge and small group activities, and space for youngsters to have peace and quiet. According to the environmental systems theory of Urie Bronfenbrenner (1979), everything in a child's environment, their family, their colleagues, childcare centre or school, the neighborhood, lower income level, also their exposure to violence through the media and society. These types of will impact their creation and can present a exposure to possible challenging actions. In this section we've established these elements as if each could standalone, starting with the closest towards the child and moving to the most isolated, but the truth is that all of these elements overlap and communicate continually. (Rasminsky 30) Family members factor and parenting variations play a big part in a child's patterns. Families enjoy such a huge role in their infant's development. A parent under stress may sometime turn into abusive. It could begin with a comparatively trivial demand, like a parent or guardian asking a child to do or not make a move, the child ignores the request or refuses to comply. Then a parent responds more strongly, scolding, or pleading with the child, whom then again neglects, by whimpering and chatting back. The exchanges escalate to yelling and hazards, hitting and temper tantrums, until the mother or father finally gives up and gives in or blows up into violence—and then the kid stops, as well. (Rasminsky 32). As educators working together with the family will help the parents think that you value their child. Offering the parents solutions to help with challenging behavior, can help. It is important to remember, which a parent as well as the child's connection is a two-way thing. The child's character will firmly influences the individuals in her life will react to these people.
